Select Exercises for Your Routine, Then click Next

All the pre-selected exercises target a very specific muscle group and require a reduced level of skill.

All of the exercises can be included in a single routine as none of exercises work the same muscles as any other pre-selected exercise.

An easy way to create a routine is to unselect any of the pre-selected exercises.

Click on the Exercise Name for List of Muscles and Illustration of the Exercise.
